Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate. Product may contain pienu (including laktozi), sojas pupiņas, zemesriekstus, citus riekstus, sezama sēklas, glutēnu saturošus graudaugus, olas, vēžveidīgos, zivis.
Usage: Adults should take 1 porciju (3 g (3/4 mērkarotes) iejaukt 100-150 ml ūdens or sulas) per day after pamošanās or after training.
