Instructions for use
SACHET: Mix 1 sachet with about 250ml of water and take it about 15-30 min. after very intense physical activity.
JAR: Dissolve 50 g of product (2 measuring spoons) in 250 ml of water. Take it about 15-30 min. after very intense physical activity.
Ingredients
